A WINTER RETREAT TO LINDISFARNE
The Revd Denise Hiscox is organizing this retreat, which will be from 9th to 15th November 2009. The retreat will be led by the Revd Canon Kate Tristrum, associate minister on the island, who is a well-respected theologian and historian, who on this occasion will turn her attention to the prophets in the bible.
Full board accommodation in both single and double rooms is available at Marygate House, an ecumenical retreat house on the island. There is no set charge, but donations are invited; the community suggests that £29 per day covers their costs. A £20.00 deposit will secure a place.
