Wanted – two arms and two legs
Yet another year has passed and Stefan continues to conquer his disabilities. On Saturday 14th November, at 7.30 pm, we shall be holding a fund-raising event for Stefan. This will be a starters and puds evening with fun, games and fellowship. Tickets £8, concessions £7.
Ken, the specialist, went out to Romania towards the end of September to take equipment and limbs.
Stefan has asked to try to walk with the aid of a tripod and when Ken was in Romania in April he took a cast of Stefan’s arm to see what could be done.
Ken is very doubtful as to whether Stefan will be able to do this, but as Stefan has already amazed us with what he is able to do, Ken thought it was worth a try.
Hopefully by the 14th we will know whether Stefan has succeeded or not. Stefan’s family are a great encouragement to him and if it is at all possible he will have mastered the tripod.
