From the Nasons in Kampala
We are really having a lot of political issues here at the moment, and Uganda feels more unstable than it has every been in our eight years here.
Sadly the riots are still right under the surface, and seem to bubble up frequently. We are receiving good information from UN and the British High Commission about when it is safe to drive and move around the city.
Most of the riots have been localised, but some have been extremely close to our house/school to the point that we have tasted tear gas.
We are very grateful to know that we are lifted up in prayer…we so need it. Please let us know how we can pray for you all too.
Very much love,
Emma
