Congratulations…

…to Tim and Bianca Hopcraft on the birth of their son Matthew Caleb, born at 4.15 am on Sunday 10th May, weighing 3090 grams (just under 7 pounds).
Congratulations too, to new grandparents Nick and Sue and Auntie Emily! (We all know about Matthew, and Caleb was the loyal friend and encourager of Joshua, greatly praised by Moses).

Please do pray for Bianca, for whom the birth was quite strenuous and resulted in surgery afterwards. Please pray that she recovers well and quickly. Despite this she is in good spirits and thanks God that little Matthew came safely into the world and is doing well.
The timing of the birth has an extra special significance as 10th May was Mother’s Day in Germany!

Tim and Bianca have been working with Agape for four years now in their mission to students in Germany, and are now living in Leipzig, chatting to students in bars, mentoring them individually and running Study groups
More details may be found on the Mission table at the back of church. We look forward to seeing young Matthew when they next visit England.
