Carriers of Hope
Our“Carriers of Hope” supports asylum seekers, especially those who are destitute, in and around Coventry.
It began as a Christmas Appeal but is now facing the challenge of becoming an all-year-round project, providing for the essential needs of destitute asylum seekers and refugees.
Specific items are:
Soap Flannels Toothbrushes
Deodorants Sanitary towels Shampoo
Toilet rolls Kitchen rolls Washing up liquid
Nappies House Cleaning products
Other items that are needed on a regular basis:
Children’s clothes and shoes Toys and books for children
Adult coats and warm clothes New pants and socks
Baby equipment and clothes Small folding umbrellas
Household linen:
Towels, tea towels, table cloths, curtains, bedding
Kitchen equipment:
Kitchen tools, cutlery, pots and pans
Brushes, mops, electric irons, ironing boards, clothes airers
