Childrens Society Boxes
At the Children’s Society Box Opening on October 30th a total of £271 was given. Thank you very much to box-holders who put money in throughout the year, and to Peter for helping to count it, mostly in small change.
If you would like a box to put in all those nasty pennies and tuppences, or those horrid five-pences all cluttering up your purse or pocket, contact Ruth Smith for more details. (You might even decide you want to get rid of other cluttering coins/notes too, or use direct debit!)
