Autumn Craft Fair

Saturday, November 19th 10am-12 noon

Once again the proceeds from the Fair are being given to the
very worthwhile Salvation Army Homeless Action Project,
supporting many people in need in Leamington.

Any contributions for the stalls would be gratefully received -
cakes, bric-a-brac, books, But more importantly it would be good
to see people coming for a coffee, and to share fellowship – it is
a happy and friendly morning!

Any queries to Diana Griffiths 422310

CHILDREN’S SOCIETY BOXES & PETITION

… .And while you are looking round the stalls or having coffee
we can be emptying your Children’s Society boxes!

And I hope you will sign our petition: cuts have meant that
Children’s Society Reunite project in Coventry- working with the
most vulnerable children – has lost the social worker from the City
Council.

During the last year there has been a marked increase in the
number of, especially, young girls being groomed by gangs.

We are petitioning the government to safeguard this and similar
projects.
